Heeelp. Looking for a trike rental station in London

Postby Werner on Mon May 18, 2009 9:23 am

Hey SLUTs,

my wife and I would like to come to England for a week or so and make a trike tour throughout the country.
Please tell me you're a civilized country where trike rentals can be found almost everywhere.
Probably I'm too dum for google but I found nothing in the London area.
Can anyone give me a hint?
Thanks. :?: :?: :?:

Hello Bigtel,

we're from Germany, near Munich.
We're Trike fans but currently don't have one of our own.
The only "normal" Trike rental in the UK I found at Boom UK but at prices far from realistic. Nothing at the location you mentioned.
Here in Germany we have looots of trike shops with rental services. Not so in the UK.
There seem not to be so many trike fans over there. Otherwise there would be more offerings and competition in the market.

Hey, without wanting to offend anyone, for me those bikes with 3-wheels from http://www.trikeshop.co.uk/ are still bikes, not trikes.
Rather than sitting on a motor bike that can not fall down I'd rather drive a real bike with 2 wheels or a trike in Boom-style.
They are sure technical masterpieces and I respect whoever makes and rides them, but not for me.

After all, thanks for your reply.
I think we will fly to London and rent a car this time again. Sniff;-(
